What an airport transfer is
An airport transfer is a private car reserved in advance for a named flight, in either direction. Arriving, we track the flight from departure, you call the chauffeur once you have your bags, and the car meets you at the curb outside baggage claim. Departing, the car is at your hotel, home or office at the time you chose, with the drive time and the check-in window already worked out.
The price is agreed when you book and fixed on your written confirmation. A delayed flight moves the pickup, not the price, and there is no surge on a Sunday evening when every rideshare at the airport is priced for the queue.
Who we carry
- Business travellers who need to be met on time and driven straight to a meeting
- Families landing with car seats to fit and a week of luggage
- International arrivals who will be an hour in immigration and customs
- Groups arriving together who want one vehicle rather than four cars
- Anyone flying out early who does not want to gamble on a 5am rideshare
What we cannot do
None of our vehicles is wheelchair accessible — no ramp, no lift, and we cannot carry a powered or non-folding chair. A folding chair, walker or cane travels as luggage if you tell us in advance. If you need an accessible vehicle, call us and we will point you at a local operator who runs one.
Both legs are usually booked together, and they should be. Embarkation day has one hard deadline; disembarkation has several thousand people leaving one building inside the same two hours. A car assigned weeks in advance solves both.
The price is agreed when you book and fixed on your written confirmation. There is no surge pricing on a Saturday morning in January, which is when the ships turn around and every rideshare in Miami is priced accordingly.
Who we carry
- Couples and families flying in on the morning of the sailing
- Passengers disembarking who need a car waiting from first call
- Groups who need one vehicle rather than four cars
- Anyone travelling with a child seat, a folding wheelchair or a lot of luggage
What we cannot do
None of our vehicles is wheelchair accessible — no ramp, no lift, and we cannot carry a powered or non-folding chair. A folding chair, walker or cane travels as luggage if you tell us in advance.
Most of our work is airport transfers and cruise port transfers, but the same car and the same chauffeur will take you to dinner in Coral Gables, a closing in Brickell or a weekend in the Keys. Whichever it is, the tolls and the parking are already inside the figure you were quoted.
Why book a private airport transfer instead of a rideshare?
A private airport transfer in Miami is booked for your flight, not summoned after it lands, which is the difference between walking out to a car that is already on airport property and dragging your luggage to a rideshare zone to wait for whoever accepts the job. We track the flight number on your booking, so if you land two hours late your chauffeur is there two hours later and it costs you nothing.
Your chauffeur’s direct number is on your confirmation. Call when you have your bags and you agree exactly where to meet, once you know which door you have come out of. If you would rather be met inside with a name board, meet and greet at the airport is $10 on a luxury sedan or premium SUV, arranged when you book.
- 30 minutes free wait after a domestic landing, 60 after an international one
- Counted from actual landing, not the scheduled time
- Curbside pickup at no charge
- Meet & greet $10 sedan or SUV · dedicated greeter $90 on larger vehicles
Flight tracked from departure — a late landing moves the pickup, not the price.
Airport transfers in both directions
An airport transfer to the airport is the leg people leave to chance, and it is the one with the hard deadline. Give us your flight time when you book and we set the pickup from it — drive time, the hour of day, and enough margin for check-in and security — so the car is outside your hotel, home or office when it needs to be, not when a rideshare happens to accept.
Most people book the arrival and the departure together, and they should: one confirmation, one price agreed for both legs, and a chauffeur assigned to each before you travel. If your trip includes a sailing, the same applies to our cruise port transfers, and an airport-to-port run can sit on the same booking.
- Pickup time set from your flight, not guessed
- Early-morning departures — we drive around the clock
- Hotel, home, office or cruise terminal as the pickup
- Both legs on one confirmation, priced up front
Departures are timed back from your flight, with the margin built in.
Landing on an international flight
International airport transfers in Miami need more slack than anybody plans for — immigration, baggage and customs can take an hour on a busy evening. So every international booking carries 60 minutes of complimentary wait, counted from when the aircraft is on the ground rather than when it was due. Nothing to reconfirm and nothing to pay for the delay.
Once you are through, call your chauffeur on the number in your confirmation; he is already on airport property and will tell you where to walk. For a group coming in on several flights, or anyone who wants to be met before customs lets them out, we can hold a dedicated greeter in the terminal for $90, arranged in advance. If you need the car for the rest of the day, our hourly chauffeur service keeps the same vehicle and driver with you.
International arrivals carry 60 minutes of free wait, from the moment the aircraft lands.
Airport transfers for families and groups
A family airport transfer is mostly a luggage problem. A luxury sedan takes three passengers and three suitcases, a premium SUV six and six, a Sprinter van fourteen, and a minibus or motor coach moves a wedding party or a conference arrival in one vehicle — one pickup time, one price, nobody waiting at the curb for the second car.
Child car seats for airport pickups — rear-facing, forward-facing and boosters — are supplied and fitted before the chauffeur arrives, if you request them when you book. They cannot be produced at the curb, and children never travel on a lap.
- Luxury sedan — 3 passengers, 3 suitcases
- Premium SUV — 6 passengers, 6 suitcases
- Sprinter van — 14 passengers, 14 suitcases
- Minibus and motor coach — 24 to 55 passengers
Book by passenger count and suitcase count — they are different numbers.

How an airport transfer is priced
No meter, no surge, no administrative fee. One number, agreed before you fly.
An airport transfer is a flat rate between one pickup and one drop-off, and the starting rate is the same in either direction — airport to hotel when you land, hotel to airport when you leave. The published rate on each route page is a starting price: it varies by vehicle class, and by the hour and date you travel. Once you have a written confirmation, that number is fixed and it is what you pay.
Already in the price
- Tolls, parking and airport access fees
- Live flight tracking, and 30 minutes of free wait after a domestic landing — 60 after an international one
- No administrative or service fee of any kind
What can be added
- An off-hour surcharge of $20–$30 on pickups between 11:59pm and 4:59am
- Holidays and peak dates — quoted before you book, never added afterwards
- Waiting beyond the free period, extra stops, or changes made during the ride
- Meet & greet, and child seats, if you ask for them
- Trips outside the Greater Miami / Fort Lauderdale service area, quoted before you book

Airport transfer questions
Questions
Is the price I see the price I pay?
The rate on the site is a starting price. The number on your written confirmation is fixed and does not change. Tolls, parking, and any airport fees are already in it, and we do not add an administrative fee.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number on your booking, so the wait starts when the aircraft actually lands. That is 30 minutes free on a domestic arrival and 60 on an international one. After that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments. If the flight number itself changes, tell us.
Where does the driver pick me up?
Your chauffeur is on airport property before you land, and they contact you when you have your bags so you can agree the exact spot. Curbside pickup is free; meet and greet inside with a name board is $10 on a sedan or SUV, and a dedicated greeter is $90 on a Sprinter van, minibus or coach. It has to be arranged when you book.
How far ahead should I book an airport transfer?
For a sedan or SUV, a few days is usually enough. For a Sprinter van, minibus or coach, and for holiday weekends, book as early as you can – larger vehicles also carry a longer cancellation window.
Which airports do you cover?
Miami International, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, for arrivals and departures. Each has its own page with where your chauffeur meets you and the routes from it. If you are flying somewhere else in South Florida, ask for a quote — the price is agreed before you book either way.
Can I get a car to take me to the airport, not just from it?
Yes — departures are booked the same way, at the same starting rate. Give us your flight time and we set the pickup to get you there with enough margin for check-in and security.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Sedan, SUV and Sprinter: cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and the fee is $20 to $35. Larger vehicles need 7 to 14 days’ notice, and international bookings 72 hours. Inside the window the trip is non-refundable.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Tipping is completely optional and up to you. Gratuities are not included in your fare. If you feel your driver provided excellent service, you are welcome to tip them directly at the end of your trip.
Can I pay cash?
No, we do not accept cash payments. We need a credit card to secure the payment at least a day before the trip.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
No. No vehicle in our fleet has a ramp or a lift, so we cannot carry a powered or non-folding chair, and every passenger must be able to transfer to a standard seat. A folding chair, walker or cane travels as luggage with advance notice.
Land at six. Be at dinner by seven.
Price on screen before we ask for a name. Fixed on your confirmation. We drive around the clock; the office is open 6am to 6pm.
