These are starting prices for a luxury sedan, not fixed rates. What you pay depends first on the vehicle you choose — an SUV, Sprinter van or coach costs more than a sedan — and then on the date, time of day, day of the week, local events and how busy we are, the same way airline and hotel pricing works. Get your exact price above, and once we quote it, that’s what you pay.
Five ways people use us
Same chauffeurs, same standard, whether it’s a 3am airport run or a 40-person wedding shuttle.
Airport transfers
MIA, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. We track your flight and hold the car free after you land – 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 60 on international.
→
Cruise port transfers
PortMiami and Port Everglades. Enough luggage space for the whole family, and drivers who know which terminal gate to use.
→
Hourly & as-directed
Client visits, conventions, multi-stop days. You keep the car and the chauffeur for as long as you need them.
→
Events & groups
Weddings, Hard Rock Stadium, nights out and conference shuttles. Sedans through to 55-passenger coaches.
→
Long distance
Key Largo, Islamorada, Key West, Naples and Palm Beach. One driver the whole way, price agreed before you go.
→
The fleet
Bag counts assume full-size suitcases. If you’re close to a limit, tell us when you book and we’ll size it properly.
Business Sedan
Volvo S90, Cadillac CT5, or similar
Sized for two travellers and three cases. The default for airport runs and business trips.
- 2 passengers
- 3 bags
Economy SUV
KIA Carnival, BMW X3, Chevrolet Tahoe, or similar
Four passengers with luggage at the lowest SUV rate. A step up from the sedan without the premium price.
- 4 passengers
- 4 bags
Premium SUV
Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, or similar
Full-size SUV. Five with luggage, six travelling light – the usual pick for cruise transfers.
- 5-6 passengers
- 6 bags
Luxury SUV
Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator
The same space as the Premium, finished to a higher standard. For client pickups and arrivals that matter.
- 5-6 passengers
- 6 bags
Sprinter van
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van
Our highest-capacity van. Up to fifteen passengers and their luggage in one vehicle instead of a convoy.
- 12-15 passengers
- 15-20 bags
Executive Sprinter van
Executive style Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van
Fewer seats, better ones. Executive seating and a screen – room to work or talk on the way.
- 10-14 passengers
- 10-15 bags
Mini Bus
25–30 seats, luggage space on board
Straightforward group transport for up to thirty. Seats and luggage, no frills – the practical shuttle.
- 25-30 passengers
- ~30 bags
Motor Coach
Full-size coach, underfloor luggage
Up to fifty-five passengers with a bag each. Conference arrivals and large cruise groups.
- 55 passengers
- 60 bags
Where the ride is the point
Built for the journey rather than the destination — limited luggage space, so not the choice for an airport or cruise transfer.
Limo Sprinter
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, limousine build
Limousine interior with lighting, screen and mini-bar. Seating faces inward, so the group travels together rather than in rows.
- 10-14 passengers
Stretch Limo
Stretched Cadillac Escalade
Limousine seating and lighting throughout. Weddings, proms and arrivals that need an entrance.
- up to 20 passengers
Party Bus M
Perimeter seating, lighting, sound
Room for thirty on board. Same headcount as the mini bus, an entirely different night.
- 25-30 passengers
- 6 bags
Party Bus L
Perimeter seating, lighting, sound
The larger party bus. Same interior, up to fifty on board.
- up to 50 passengers
- 6 bags
When a rideshare is fine, and when it isn't
Honest comparison
For a short hop across town at 2pm, open the app. We’d tell you the same. It’s the 5am flight, the cruise you can’t miss and the client you can’t keep waiting where booking ahead earns its money.

The things people ask for
Three requests come up on almost every booking. All three are arranged when you book — none of them are decided at the kerb.
01
Child seats
Infant · Toddler · Booster
Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book and the right seat is in the car when it arrives. Installing it and securing your child is up to you – we provide the seat, not the fitting.
02
Meet & greet
$10 · Sedans & SUVs only
Your chauffeur waits inside with a name sign – baggage claim for domestic arrivals, outside customs for international. Standard pickup is curbside and stays free.
03
Flight tracking
Included · Every airport pickup
We watch the flight from departure. If your landing moves, your pickup moves with it, and the free wait starts from when you actually land.
Where we go

Questions
Why is the price a range rather than a fixed number?
Rates move with the date, the time of day, the day of the week, local events and how busy South Florida is – the same way airline and hotel pricing works. The figures on this page are starting prices for a luxury sedan.
Send us your trip and we’ll confirm the exact price. Once we’ve quoted it, that’s what you pay.
What's included in the price?
Tolls, taxes and gratuity. There’s no fuel surcharge, no airport fee added at the end and no per-mile charge. Meet & greet and child seats are the only extras, and both are shown before you confirm.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
Standard pickup is curbside. You’ll get your chauffeur’s name, the vehicle and his mobile number before you land, and he’ll confirm exactly where he’s waiting once you’re through.
If you’d rather be met inside – baggage claim for domestic arrivals, outside customs for international – add meet & greet for $10 and he’ll be there with a name sign.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Airport arrivals: 30 minutes free from touchdown on domestic flights, 60 minutes on international. Cruise port pickups: 30 minutes. Anywhere else: 15 minutes.
We track every flight from departure, so if your landing time moves your pickup moves with it – and the free wait starts when you actually land, not when you were scheduled to.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track it from departure and adjust your pickup to the new arrival time automatically, at no charge. You don’t need to call us or rebook.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes – infant, toddler and booster. Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book and the right seat is in the car when it arrives.
Installing the seat and securing your child is the passenger’s responsibility, not the chauffeur’s. We provide the seat; the fitting is yours to do.
How far in advance should I book?
For a standard sedan transfer, a day or two is usually enough. For cruise Saturdays, holiday weekends, big events at Hard Rock Stadium, or anything needing a van or coach, book as early as you can – those dates sell out and the price rises with demand.
When am I actually booked, and when do I pay?
No card is needed to get a quote. Reply to accept the price and we send your confirmation – that email is the booking.
Payment secures it. We’ll remind you two days before your trip and again the day before, and an unpaid booking is released shortly before pickup.
Where can I read your reviews?
On Yelp and TripAdvisor, under Car Service Miami. The links are on every quote in the section above, and they go straight to the review rather than to a page we control.
We’d rather show you a handful of reviews you can go and verify than a number on our own website that you can’t.
